To increase translation accuracy:

We have that deep conviction that the Bible and God's word is for everyone of every language. Everything we can do to make that accessible for everybody is an easy decision for us.
Thanks so much for creating a really helpful product for our church, and for the gospel to go forward in Australia — and hopefully many places.

We've had several members start attending church because of this technology.
They wouldn't attend church otherwise [because they want to attend church with their family]. They speak zero English, and they're having a great time with us.

We have been preparing paper translation for our Chinese members but have been unable to provide for other language groups that we have. Sunflower has provided the answer for us in an incredibly simple way.
We can now provide translations for 10 language groups in real time via mobile phones that is at the users discretion and removed the time pressure of paper translations. Easy to use and a great result for our people.

Honestly, interacting with the Sunflower team has been one of the best customer experiences I've had. Emails and phone calls have always been pleasant and productive.
The product is excellent, and they have been so swift in responding to feedback. Our staff are frequently blown away by new features that are rolling out. We love Sunflower!

Sunflower is very accurate in both transcribing the original speech and also in the translations provided. It has enabled us to provide near immediate translation for members of our church who struggle with English, which opens up a lot of possibilities.
Chuhao is very responsive and open to feedback to make the service as useful as possible. I've been amazed at the speed of implementing new features and responding to issues.
Love the product. Easy to set up, easy to use, and most of all it’s making a real difference for those people whose heart language isn’t english to engage with us.

High-quality audio input is essential for accurate translation. The ideal setup is to connect audio directly from your Church's mixer or sound system to the laptop running Sunflower AI. The exact steps can vary depending on the mixer brand, but the process is generally similar. Here's an example using the Behringer X32 Compact:
What you need: A USB Type B to USB Type A cable (such as this one on Amazon).
Step 1: Connect the Mixer to Your Laptop. Plug the USB Type B end into the “Card” port on the back of the X32 Compact. Plug the USB Type A end into your laptop running the Sunflower AI web app.
Step 2: Configure USB Output on the X32. Press the Routing button on the X32. Navigate to the Card Out tab. Assign the desired channels or mix buses (e.g., Main L/R) to the USB card outputs.
Step 3 (for Windows laptops only): Windows laptops may require installing a USB audio driver from the Behringer website. Mac laptops typically do not require any driver installation.
Contact us if you need more instructions for a different mixer model.
If connecting audio from the mixer is not possible, you can use a wireless microphone (like this Amazon product) or the laptop’s built-in microphone instead. Just ensure the microphone is placed as close to the speaker as possible to achieve the best audio quality.
